The single-layer flexitank (BLT-1) made of single-layer PE (polyethylene) with the thickness of 1.1mm is a disposable soft container flexitank exclusively for an ISO standard container. The single-layer flexitank is a new packaging bag mainly used for the transportation of non-dangerous liquid by road, railway and ocean. ·Product Characteristics：
The loaded weight of the BLT-1 flexitank depends on the specific gravity of the liquid cargo. The maximal loaded weight of the flexitank reaches 24 tons. The flexitank products cover the specifications from 10 cubic meters to 24 cubic meters. Each flexitank with the dead weight of about 70kg counts for very small proportion in the total transportation weight. The material forming the flexitank has high strength and complete environmental friendliness.
·Product Structure:
The flexitank is formed by single-layer independently welded PE plastic panels. An insulation coat (EVOH film) can be added according to the requirements of customers to reinforce oxidation resistance and humidity transmission.In order to meet the requirements of customers, two modes of cargo loading and unloading respectively at bottom and top are provided for the flexitanks. The flexitanks with EVOH also have the above modes of cargo loading and unloading.
